ALARM.COM PLANS AND FEATURES:
Basic Interactive (BI): Alarm.com module sends all alarm signals to central station. Enables the user to remotely arm/disarm system, see system status and event history, and change user codes through Alarm.com website or mobile apps. Users can also receive email and text notifications when system events occur, such as arming/disarming, alarms, power failures and other trouble conditions.
Advanced Interactive (AI): Includes all Basic Interactive features, plus the ability to monitor all activity reported by specific door/window and motion sensors, even when the system is disarmed. Users can create custom notification rules to be alerted via email and text when specific sensors report activity during a designated time frame. Sensor activity is also shown on the website and mobile apps.
Commercial Basic Interactive (cBI): Includes all BI features above, plus "Arming Supervision", which enables business owners and managers to be alerted immediately via text and email if the security system in their business is not armed or disarmed by the appropriate time each day. Users can also receive daily and weekly email reports that document when employees arm and disarm the system, in addition to any alarms or trouble conditions that have been reported.
Commercial Advanced Interactive (cAI): Includes all cBI features above, plus the ability to monitor all activity reported by specific door/window and motion sensors, even when the system is disarmed. Users can create custom notification rules to be alerted via email and text when specific sensors report activity during a designated time frame. Sensor activity is also shown on the website and mobile apps.
ALARM.COM VIDEO:
Alarm.com Video enables users to see real-time video footage of their property from anywhere through Alarm.com website and mobile apps, and review saved video clips showing recorded footage that was triggered by motion activity or a security system event. Recorded video is stored offsite in Alarm.com`s secure operations center. A local storage is not needed. Alarm.com IP cameras connect via Ethernet or 802.11 to the customers broadband internet router. Alarm.com Video can be added to any service plan, or operate in "standalone" mode without an Alarm.com-enabled security control panel.

Two Way Voice Over GSM: In the event of alarm, the central station can conduct a two-way voice session through the security control panel to access the situation and determine the appropriate response.
Weather to Panel: Current weather and up to 6-day weather forecast.
Alarm Schedules: Users can program system through website to automatically arm/disarm at a specified time each day.
Voice Notifications for Alarms: Automated phone notifications for alarm events.
Voice Notifications for Non-Alarms: (Advanced Interactive Plans Only) Automated phone notifications for non-alarm sensor activity, including door openings, motion detection etc.
Additional Sensor Activity Sensors: (Advanced Interactive Plans Only) Increase the number of sensors eligible for always-on sensor activity monitoring. Sensors can be added on groups of five.
"Crash and Smash" Detection: Alarm.com exclusive and patented technology, enables alarm signal transmittion to the central station even if the security system is destoyed or disabled by an intruder during the entry delay or dialer delay period.
Mobile Apps: Users with interactive service plans have free access to Alarm.com mobile apps for iPhone, iPod touch, BlackBerry and Android devices. The Alarm.com website (m.alarm.com) can also be accessed through any smartphone web browser.
emPOWER HOME AUTOMATION ADD-ONS:
emPower Thermostats: Users can remotely control their thermostat(s) through Alarm.com website and mobile apps, and easily create custom schedules to set thermostats based on time of the day, day of week and security system arming state.
emPower Lights: Users can remotely control lights and appliances through Alarm.com website and mobile apps, and create custom rules to automatically turn lights and appliances on/off based on schedule or when specific sensor is triggerd.
emPower Locks: Users can remotely control their door locks through Alarm.com website and mobile apps, see lock status and receive email and text alerts when a lock is accessed by a specific user.
